Introduction

The aluminium ladle tilter is used for pouring the molten aluminium from the aluminium ladle into the furnace. Its main structure includes a base, a turning frame and a lifting mechanism. The equipment has overall mobility, and the crane suspension is no longer required during the molten aluminium dumping process. The suspension state of the ladle is changed to the bottom support state, which greatly improves the stability and safety.

Features

● Hydraulic tilting, no crane is needed. After the hydraulic tilting unit is adopted, the long-term suspension state and the uncontrollable overturning of the ladle caused by the long-term suspension state and human factors during the tipping process of the ladle are eliminated. And the ladle can continuously pour molten aluminium into the receiving container in a stable state. The molten aluminium transfer process is more safe and more reliable.

● Safe and reliable operation. When the hydraulic tilting unit is in working, the operator can remotely control the tilting and pouring out the molten aluminium, which eliminates the splash of molten aluminium caused by the ladle’s shaking, and the possible damage that might happened to operators and on-site production equipment.

● The molten aluminium ladle is clamped reliably, safe and flexible. Since the equipment has an auxiliary positioning system, the lifting equipment can quickly locate the molten aluminium ladle.

● The equipment has high motility and can be hoisted to a temporary station for usage.

● Tilting speed and tilting angle can be controlled and adjusted according to requirements.

● In the production site, the hydraulic tilting device has no special requirements for the foundation.
