EQUIPMENT APPLICATION

This equipment is used for melting and holding of aluminum alloy, and can be tilted hydraulically to pour molten aluminum into other equipment.
The furnace adopts natural gas fire heating, and we use world famous brand burner for our furnace. Its characteristics are that heated by natural gas, the furnace has better melting rate and high durability performance, energy saving and environmental protection. The tilting system adopts the hydraulic tilting furnace body to dump the aluminum, the aluminum outlet and the tilting axis of the furnace body are in one line, the position of the aluminum outlet is relatively fixed, and the electro-hydraulic tilting method is tilted safe and smooth turning.
