The basic process of aluminum smelting and casting

1.Electrolytic molten Aluminum Production Process:

Obtained through the electrolysis of molten Aluminum.

Alloying: Mixing molten Aluminum of different grades to obtain a universally standardized product.

Refining: Using inert gas and refining agents to remove non-metallic impurities, enhancing the quality of aluminum ingots.

2.Slag Scraping:

Removing slag from the surface of the molten Aluminum.

3.Draining:

Organized release of molten Aluminum from the mixing furnace.

4.Sampling and Testing:

Sequential and methodical sampling in the launder for chemical composition testing to ensure the product meets standards.

5.Skimming:

Clearing floating slag from the surface of the molten Aluminum in the mold to improve the surface quality of the ingots.

6.Molding:

Solidification and molding of ingots through indirect cooling in the mold.

7.Stacking and Baling:

Automation using a robotic arm to enhance safety and production efficiency.

8.Measurement and Storage:

After grade determination through bundling, aluminum ingots are measured and can be stored for subsequent sale.
