Hydeb's HDR Furnace Refining equipment - Why is Refinement Most Effective with Rotating Rotor Refining Inside the Furnace

Rotor-Type Furnace Refining equipment, utilizing rotor rotation and spray refining method for gas removal. The high-speed rotation of the rotor shatters bubbles ranging from millimeters to centimeters into micrometer-sized particles, slowing down the ascent of bubbles by 5-10 times and increasing the number of bubbles by 10-20 times. Compared to nozzle refining, this method significantly enhances refining effectiveness, serving as a magic weapon for improving the quality of molten aluminum in aluminum foundries

01 Special Rotor Design

Hydeb's Rotary Furnace Refining employs a specially designed rotor that exerts strong stirring effects on the molten aluminum during high-speed rotation in the refining process. This stirs and propels the aluminum throughout the furnace, facilitating a circulation within approximately 3-5 minutes. This enhances the homogeneity of the aluminum, prevents segregation, and ensures high temperature uniformity with aluminum temperature differentials reaching ±3°C.

02 Refining Effect Performance

The degassing efficiency can reach 40% or 0.26 ml/100g. Excellent alkali removal results, with calcium and sodium reduced to ≤7 PPM, and a minimum of ≤2 PPM

03 No manual intervention

Traditional manual nozzle refining involves high labor intensity, harsh working conditions, and high risks. Workers may encounter issues such as incomplete refining and shortened refining time during the refining process, leading to uncontrollable refining quality inside the furnace. Heading Thermal Engineering's in-furnace refining eliminates the drawbacks associated with manual operation. The system is set to execute refining according to a programmed sequence, ensuring a controlled process. It automatically records each refining session's duration and the quantity of refining agents used. With a controllable refining process, the refining results are guaranteed.
